  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Rentals will not be held prior to completing an application.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: At a minimum, all tenants must pay the first month’s rent and security deposit prior to move-in.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: All applicants must be at least 18 years old in order to apply.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, all deposits are refundable. A member of our team will perform a move-out inspection to determine whether or not the tenant is responsible for damage to their unit.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: All applications must be completed online using the following link: Tenant Application.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent be paid the following ways:
    • Online through the tenant portal
    • Via check or money order
    • At CVS or 7-Eleven through AMS Rent Express
    • Cash WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Potential tenants must fill out and submit a pet rental application for each pet. Each pet must be approved in writing prior to move-in. A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to each approved pet.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Notice must be given in writing according to the terms of the Tenant’s lease. Our standard lease requires at least 30 days advance written notice of non-renewal.
